Need to evaluate with examination and some investigation, any habits like smoking and alcohol intake should be stoped,
Since u are complaining of pain in the finger tips sometimes it will be because of reduced blood supply which needs vascular evaluation
Or might be due to the occupation also

Very difficult to attribute this non specific symptom to sone cause. Does this happen in both hands? You can get some blood tests done CBC, KFT, VitD3, B12, Thyroid profile, HBA1C and consult with reports.
