Hi. 1. Sometimes when you are dehydrated, muscles can twitch or cramp. Make sure you are hydrated enough. 2. Are you vegetarian? Anyways I suggest you take a B complex capsule once daily for 4 weeks. Vitamin deficiency also can play funny with nerves. 3. You can adopt a habit of stretching your leg muscles, especially your calf muscles. 4. Make sure your patient is good while driving.
Next Steps
Vit B12, Serum Calcium can be checked.
Health Tips
When you get tremors you can stop the vehicle and do stretching of leg muscles. Often gives relief.
