I have tried everything like dry needling, cupping, iceing, rest. All these cured my shin splints temporarily, and whenever I start running again shin splints come back again. I have been suffering from this from last year. Actually I am going thorough a loop, 1 week of running then rest(for the recovery of shin splints), one week of running and then rest again. I have tried changing shoes, changing running form but nothing helped. Please help me I can do anything to get rid of this pain permanently.
