Shin pain in both legs
I'm suffering from shin pain, whenever I do jogging or running activities after some time my shin start suffering from pain, what to do? What is the permanent solution to stop this pain?

Hello Do hot fomentation 3 times in a day for 10 min... Do UST followed by IFT. learn strengthening and stretching exercises from physiotherapist.
