Shelcal joints dosage
Good day, I had a Tibial communited condyle fracture in 2008 on my right knee.As a result i have developed osteoarthritis in joints.My doc has suggested me Shelcal joints on 1 month on and 1 month off basis .Kindly advise whether it it is more beneficial for me to take it in 3 months on and 3 months off or 1 month on and 1 month off? Thanks

It can be benificial at young age to prevent further arthritis and to redevelop cartilage .

Supplements wil help you.. But you should not forget that the joint is not normal , the medicine won't make it completely normal like opposite knee. Avoid straining your knee and preserve your knee for long before it gets eroded.
