First Step you should do is that being affectionate to her. Love has the power to solve any problem. Mother is the world's best teacher. She is too young. I have few questions like How long you have been noticing this behaviour? How often she gets irritated? What are the factors aggrevates her irritation? What makes her calm down? Is she your first child? Does she have siblings? Need to get answers for these questions to find out the solution.
Next Steps
You should talk to her, understand her, shower lots of love and affection. You should get a psychologist assessment for her.
Health Tips
Sedatives will not be the permanent solution. For further guidance and support consult a Psychologist as early as possible. Be patient and Be positive.
