Today we checked pregnancy for my wife help of pregnancy kit and its positive. Its her 36 day from her last period. When should i need to take her to hospital for checkup.

Congrates to both.since you ,ve done upt ,start giving folic acid tab 5mg daily .visit your doctor at 6wks for usg for cardiac activity.

Congratulations to both of you.you need to go to hospital or consult a gynecologist nearby online for a consult as now she needs to start few medications and an ultrasound has to be done to confirm the date,the number and location of pregnancy

Hi... You should wait for 1 more week and then get an ultrasound... Start folic acid tablet 5 mg once a day. It will help the baby.
Get yourself registered to a hospital where you wanna deliver and get all investigation done after the ultrasound.
