Shave biopsy wound

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have had a shave biopsy done on a pink mole on my finger. It is 6mmx6mm in size. Before I had the biopsy done I could see red dots inside the mole. Now I've had the shave biopsy I can see red dot vessels aswell as branched vessels and longer dotted vessels. Is this normal?
