Sharpe teeth problems
Am using only sensitive brush for tooth brushing. Of late i faced problem of sharpening of teeth due to brushing, in turn it damage my toungue severely. Now am clean my teeth with fingers and am comfortable now. Kindly advice

aggressive brushing with too much force can wear the surface of the teeth , thus making some edges sharp , and even many other factors , i advice dental checkup and smoothening of sharp  edges by your dentist.

I appreciate your concern towards your teeth. If brushing damages the teeth, it might be an outer surfaces, cervical part of teeth, which do not damage or irritate your tongue. You have a problem with your tongue. I think this is due to sharpening of inner side (lingual) of the teeth. Brushing with hand will not clean all area of teeth and it is not recommended by dentist. Moreover, brushing with hand will not solve your problem instead it will harm your finger at micro level. Hence, you are strongly recommend for dental check up. According to the situation, dentist will give you a treatment plan.
