Sharp upper back pain

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have a constant upper back ache near the right side of my spine. The pain is so sharp and seems to extend on my right side of my ribs and towards the centre of my chest. What could be the problem? Please do help

put warm ghee or warm virgin coconut oil or any edible oil to each nostrils 3 to 4 drops..3 hrs once.. can continue for 3 days. put by laying supine. if it is not relieved in a day better to consult.
