Healing up by itself it's is not possible after the pain has started.pain comes when the nerve portion of the teeth is exposed to the outside environment or bacteria or even nearing it.
Next Steps
consult ur doctr so that he can suggest a best treatment modality after clinically seeing how much tooth structure is left behind.

Case evaluation by the dentist will be required to assess the present clinical condition of the tooth based on which the treatment protocols can be explained to you. The treatment can vary from root canal treatment to extraction of the offending tooth and the distinction can be drawn after a checkup only. Try not to delay the treatment before the symptoms aggravate further. Regards
