Sharp pain in anus
Beginning of this November i got hard and wide stools for 1-2 days which led to fissure in anus. I consulted doctor and took painkiller/Laxatives/antibiotics for 15 days. Now there is no fissure but from yesterday I left having laxatives and I do normal stools but after doing stools there is a sharp spasm/pain like heart beat in my anus that stays whole day. I cannot even sit on chair. What that could be. And what medicine should I take?
