Shallow breathing
From the last 2 months .. I am not able to breath properly .. it feels like oxygen is not reaching to my head or legs and throat feels heavy and some uneasyness in chest . I have also cold from the last two months , it's not runny nose .. it's stuffed . Also took antibiotics for that but didn't get better. I went to see dr ..she took ECG and X-ray all the reports are prefectly fine . She told me you have allergy . I took 10 days Allegra and also some acid reflux medicine in morning . I felt better but it didn't go come completely. I stopped taking it on 18th May. I am able to do 1 hour exercise everyday. But my cold is still there , there is post nasal drip also , the mucus got stuck in my throat . I am stil feeling that I need to take deep breath in between as my breathes are shallow . Please suggest what to do .
