SGPT Level increased
My SGPT level is 81 therefore I took hepatitis detection blood test which came negative. I am facing difficulty in breathing. I am feeling less of oxigen. My stomach is fatty than usual from last 10 days. I have taken many antaacids but none of them curing. Local doctor told me it's because of engity (seriously how it is possible) Can you suggest me best test and why i am having this .

Hello, The levels are due to acute liver or tissue damage. Avoid drinking alcohol, It can also be caused due to intake of medicines, it can also indicate gall stones or gall bladder disease. It can be non- alcoholic fatty liver -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
