Hello, Include food that are high in iron like fenugreek seeds, beet root, flax seeds, pulses, etc. Also add Vit C to your diet for better absorption of iron.

Hello Take balance diet with iron rich food If u are nonvegitarian then its good take chicken/ fish / eggs Green leafy vegetables For better iron absorption take vitamin C rich food as well Amla / guava/ orranges etc
