Medicine I take everyday - thyronorm100 , vitaresp FX for allergic rhinitis , sompraz D 40
I feel nauseated , fatigued , tired ,sleepy all the time, I take bath with hot water through out the year , feel cold directly under fan , frequent headaches at sinus points around the eyes. Frequently infected with allergic rhinitis including sneezing and noseblock. Sgpt and sgot values are approx 40s . Any help ?

You are having sinusitis that's why your experience so much problem
Go for steam inhalation three times a day
You need to take antihistamines at least two times
