Sgpt is 54 and hemoglobin level is 75% Are the above levels a matter of concern in the 8 th month of pregnancy. Also sometimes there is backache.What to do?

Yes a high sgpt is indicative of cholestasis of pregnancy Can prove detrimental for the foetus if left untreated You can connect for a prescription You haven't mention the HB level Backache is a normal pressure symptom of pregnancy Hope you're taking calcium supplements regularly

Sgpt is normal . Please share the report of hemoglobin levels. For backache you should consult with a gynaecologist as it can be due to false labor pains
