It is not normal for SGOT, SGPT and CRP to rise during throat infection but it is also not normal to get these investigations done for a simple case of throat infection. I hope you have got her CBC also done. Platelet count falls in every Viral infection. The only thing is that in Dengue the fall of platelet count is rather profound.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

The values which you have mentioned it is absolutely expected in any infection or fever So do not worry, follow the doctor advise, continue the medicines as prescribed If she develops any new symptoms or condition doesn’t improve kindly consult the doctor in person ok All the parameters will get back to normal, once her symptoms will go off, once she feels completely back to normal
