My sgot is 67 and sgpt is 186.i am not a drinker. I got terbinafine 250 for 3 months for herpis deases .is serious for my liver?

Liver enzymes are raised. May be related to medications and may not be. Fatty liver which is caused by improper diet and lack of physical activity and bad lifestyle may be another cause for raised liver enzyme.

healthy diet with majority of green vegetables and no oil, milk etc. no sugars in diet. plenty of water in between the meals. one hour of morning walk daily.
