Sexual ocd
I have a sexual ocd. 1st doctor prescribed me fluoxetine and another doctor sertraline. Which is better for sexual ocd. I am also on aripiprazole 15 mg. Can aripiprazole work in sexual ocd.

Fluoxetine and Sertraline both belong to same class of drugs that is SSRI. So both are effective in OCD. If you ask my preference than it would be fluoxetine. Aripiprazole has an add on action
