My bf put a condom from very start..then changed that with a new one...and before changing he washed his penis and wore a new one..the condom wasn't broken but I am on my ovulation time...how much chance is there to get pregnant..should I be worried about it?

Condoms, even if used correctly have 98% efficacy ... not 100% . There is a slight risk of failure that you have to comsider if you are opting for this method of contraception.
No need to worry unless you miss your period.
