Seviour pain in heel
Seviour pain get developed every day after a work in kitchen in standing position. The pain is unbearable at night.my wife weight is 88 kg. What should be the cure line of action.

It looks mostly Planntarfascitis. Overweight can lead to reduction in foot arches which can lead to Planatarfascitis. Do Cold Pack. Weight control will take time but with this kind of pain she wont be able to do walks. She need corrective footwear & Customized Orthotics.
