Without a look at the clinical condition of the affected tooth it seems that there is inflammation around your wisdom tooth and his condition is called as pericoronitis.
These symptoms will always be recurrent unless the objective treatment of extraction of the offending tooth is done.
An x-ray will be required to assess the condition of the tooth so that the extraction can be planned accordingly.
