Severe right side back ache
Hi ,
From past couple of weeks, I am suffering from acute back ache on middle - right side . Moment I stand after few seconds pain starts from right back side over hip and travel to right leg. At times numbness...if I continue to stand over time pain become bearable but continue paining. I have to sit ...after some time pain goes away. Cycle continues again when I stand . I have started using hot water bottle...not much relief . It feels like ...my right side of back and hip are always sore. While sleeping I have to sleep straight...if I turn...it again start paining . I used to run...walk ...all of sudden pain started and I have to stop all that .
I think it could be sciatica pain...not sure . Need suggestion.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However
I would like to examine & investigate you in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
-Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Use no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
