  4. Severe period pain. Reason for the same?

Severe period pain
Hello doctor, attached my pelvic scan report. I have severe period pain and pms what is the reason for the same ? And planing for the pregnancy from 2+ yrs but not able to conceive what might be the reason (husband seamen report is good) my AMH is 2.7 and thyroid: 1.3 ( previously it was 6.6 so taking thyronom 50mg tab)

Since your amh is good and husband factor also ruled out, and scan is normal you can consider getting an tube test that is hysterosalphingogram.and from day 2 of menses we may have to start with certain ovulation induction medicines for which you can consult me.
