38 year female no any history of irregular period but now this month my period in coming 15 day after periods i do tvs scan please see this report and guide me pelvic pain in countinue but mild borderline Bulky overies what is this this is serious please tell me what happened in my report

According to your report the fibroids are very small nothing to worry
But as you have frequent cycles only this month wait for next month if it repeats do get endometrial sampling

Bulky ovaries may suggest PCOD appearance, but if you have regular periods prior to this then no need to worry about the bulky ovaries. There are also some fibroids which could be the reason for the bleeding which happened this cycle. Take the medication as prescribed.
If you continue to have such frequent or heavy periods, then other treatment options like Mirena IUS can be explored.

Hello dear, your uterus is bulky with fibroids. As long as you ll take medicines , periods will come regular ,but after stopping again can come heavy.
2 options - MIRENA IUCD..
Or hysterectomy .
