Severe pain during periods
I have multiple fibroids alongwith with submucosal of size 18x19 mm and one subserosal of 79x 51 mm. alongwith others.Started ayurvedic medicine one month ago but having severe stomach ache in right side this time. Is this because of ayurvedic medicine started working and  fibroids started getting dissolved? Very disturbed.shall.i go for surgery or wait more?
