I'm 45 yr old , experiencing menstrual cramps,and severe bleeding during my periods got ultrasound done revealed anterior wall fibroid mass 29*27 mm ? Is there any prblem with the fibroid mass size? Does this lead to cancerous conditions?

At 45 yrs , the estrogen stores are getting depleted and hence this estrogen dependent fibroid will only regress in size. Your size is small and not submucous( inside wall of uterus) hence your bleeding is due to other causes. This will never go to cancer.
