Severe pain in upper stomach
I am a 62 years old women . Few days back I had fever for 3- 4 days and now I am having severe abdominal pain from last 2 days in upper part of the stomach which increases when i eat something.

As per your history given,  you are suffering from Acute Gastritis, which means inflammation of the linings of your stomach, which needs a course of medicines for atleast initially for 5 days which can be extended.
