Severe pain in the lower back
I have severe pain in the lower back since today morning ,Ive been just laying down since then , can't move around as the pain increases if I try to do so ! The pain is sharp and focused around the lower back and pelvic area ! What could be the reason ? I haven't taken any medication yet but have applied pain relief sprays. I'm a regular drinker and I'm 41 years old . Kindly suggest any pain relief tablets which do not damage the liver . Thank you
