Severe pain in right knee
For almost 1 year now, I have been going through severe pain in my right knee. This is more when standing/sitting in one position, walking through stairs or when walking for long durations. Even when driving, the knee pain is driving me nuts. Please advise..

Hello there we understand you condition and your pain and it seems that you have gone through a lot because of that pain and it is very sad that you are facing this at young age. No worries to you because there is end to everything. Since you were with pain from one year assuming that you have consulted a doctor for your pain. If not just consult a orthopedician for your help and get it sorted out and along with that you should take advice of physio therapist too.
