Severe pain in gum
Severe pain in gum for the last 2-3 days had a pain killer but still have a pain. Please suggest the best remedy.

Pain is caused due to some infection. Painkillers will help tour pain, not the infection. Please see a dentist who can help you find out what infection it is.
