Severe pain in gum for the last 2-3 days had a pain killer but still have a pain. Please suggest the best remedy.

Pain is caused due to some infection. Painkillers will help tour pain, not the infection. Please see a dentist who can help you find out what infection it is.

Please consult a dentist. Difficult to diagnose without seeing it. Do salt water gargles and apply a soothing gel like hexigel.
