Severe pain in anus
Hi My father is having severe pain in anus and not able to sit. No poop till yesterday(2days), yesterday he took dulcoflex, today morning he went to poop. But not like regular. He is afraid to go to doctor. He never went to doctor coz he has that fear of injections and tests. And he is fatigue also. Please tell some medications to improve his condition. Or should i take him to tge doctor

Severe pain may be he s suffering from perianal abscess so its better to take him to a doc bcos without inspection of the area i cant comment much with the history alone
