Severe pain
Few days back after passing my stool suddenly my back started paining very severely and then radiated to abdomen..The pain got so severe that my family members were planning to get me admitted to nearby hospital...it lasted for abt 15 minutes and after one burp it slowly subsided and after I went to doc he tested for lipase-103 and amylase(30)...and slowly it would settle down...what was that pain due to?

If upper abdomen pain chances of gall stones, lower abdomen pain chances of colitis. Depends on many other factors. Need more information.
Next Steps
ULTRASOUND xray etc may be needed. depending on DETAILED history findings.
