Which doctor should i visit for Severe pain usually in the morning somewhere around L5-S1 level.. An ortho doctor or neurosurgeon? Prompt response will be helpful?

1.Any radiating pain to both lower limbs
2.Bowel and bladder disturbances
3.Walking distance

Next Steps
Avoid bending forward/ start back strengthening exercises/ lifting weights by bending forward to be avoided.
