My grand mom who is 85yrs old is having severe pain in groin.. also there is a bruise in that area..

Groin pain can be due to arthritis but along with bruising we need to rule out fracture better to have X-rays. Might need to consider any bleeding and coagulation problems. When you are getting x rays get both AP and lateral views of hip
