Hello Doctor, I have severe neck pain since 3 weeks. I have got it checked by local doctors but it can't be cured till now.

HELLO, CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN. X RAY CERVICAL VERTEBRAE AP/LAT VIEW. IT MAY BE DUE TO CERVICAL SPONDIOLITIS OR SPONDIOLOSIS. PHYSIOTHERAPY. TABLET HIFENAC MR ONE TABLET PER DAY. VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY TO BE LOCALLY APPLY. O.K BYE.
