Severe neck pain
He has a problem of back pain since last 12 years and now it's severe neck pain. That's why we did MRI of whole spinal cord. I have attached the copy of MRI report.

Your pain can be treated conservatively with medicine, supplements and most important is  lifestyle modification along with exercises to strengthen your neck and back muscles
