Severe neck ache
I am not able to rotate my neck or shoulder beyond some angle. Severe pain caused when I try to use my shoulder or neck. Pain probably due to the pressure on muscle inside.

Hi. Probably u have spasmed the muscles. Undergo treatment in nearby Ayurveda centre.
