Severe menopausal symptoms
I have , twice had weird anxiety attacks- increased heart rate and high BP... this happens out of the blue, persists for a few minutes, then subsides on its own but completely spoils my day and heart beat doesn't come absolutely normal until a few hours. Started since Feb. Have not had periods since Jan. All reports of cardiology and otherwise are normal. But shows menopause. Please help.

Consult a psychologist to rule out other causes of the attacks. If they do you can discuss with your gynecologist regarding hormonal replacement therapy.
