Menopausal anxiety
I am experiencing extreme anxiety intermittently ever since my menopause began. What should I do? Yoga and breathing helps. I have been taken calcium with isoflavonoids and vitamin E intermittently. I am ok for three months or so and then suddenly I will have an anxiety attack. Have gotten all heart tests done and everything is normal. My estrogen figure was 17. Please suggest what should I do.
