I have been having lower back pain since couple of months, not daily but at times.
Now it has started to become more frequent at the same place, this pain is only felt when I sit or bend but not when I stand.
My work demands me to stand/walk more than sit, but when ever I bend or take some weight it hurts a lot.

Its due to spinal ligaments instability..... If u neglect dis issue it may fall in risk zone of disc at level of L4-L5.... Please rectify before it hurts more

Hi this may be due improper sitting posture in chair while working in office.so you have change ergonomic potion of chair and desktop.Meanwhile do some back strengthen exercises to make your back stable.
