Severe Knee scrape
Since a very long time I have a big scrape into he knee. Used various creams since last month but no effect. Used nivea and aloe Vera cream. It itches as well sometimes and becomes as dry in the photo. Can someone suggest a cream or a treatment. It's probably been a couple of years
