Right Nipple skin scraped in tip of it
My nipple skin is scraped of pink colour muscles are visible kindly suggest some ointment or ayurvedic treatment to regrow the skin. A scab forms and one drop of liquid comes and it sticks to cloth and again the tip shows pinkcolour inside.I have attached the pic for your reference.

Keep it clean and just apply a topical antibiotic cream to heal it
