Tips of my nipples are dry & nacked

Asked for Female, 19 Years

At the tip of my nipples the skin gets dark brown or black which becomes hard...it seems like dry & cracked. When I peel it off and apply some.cream or lotion it gets fine but when I stop using cream or lotion it again becomes as it was before. The problem is from 2 years. I am 19 years old girl. Plz advice why is this and what should I do.
