Facial scrapes due to accident

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I've met with an accident 4days ago in which I scratched my face on the road and got scrapes on my forehead, cheeks, chin and nose, which are superficial as doctor said but I'm worried if they would form scars after healing. What should I do to avoid scarring.
