Severe headache
Past 3 weeks im suffering from severe back pain did xray everything is normal and now from one week iam suffering from chronic headache specially my headache gets worse during early morning and during afternoon my entire head aches and my pain shift from one side.to another side of the head from top to bottom of my head.my head feels heavy all the time like somebody has put 50 kg of object on my head. Neuro told I have migraine bt i dont vomit and from yesterday im having fever nd im shivering my hands are having tingling nd needling sensiation. please help

Secondary headache needs to be ruled out. Preferable to get an MRI done, and also fundus examination as already advised by your neurologist

Look migraine is not a disease, it's diagnosed only when other disease excluded. But you need to understand the pattern of your headache. Early morning headache are signs of brain pathology. So you need to go for CT brain. After than we can think for other diseases.
