Severe headache

I have been suffering from severe headache and restlessness from almost 2 months now. The pain starts behind the eyes and then circulated all over head. It's also causing restlessness where my hands will be trembling sometimes. Not able to concentrate for long. And more importantly now a day's I have developed short term memory which is not only embrassing but very scary !! I did an MRI some 6 months back with no major findings and everything was fine. Also I had my eye check up done some 6 months back with absolutely no issues. Very confused as to which doctor I should approach. Not able to bear this pain from last 2-3 days. Please advise

Its looking like tension type headache. Do you have any stress at work place?
Take tax naxdom for immediate relief. Consult a neurophysician for other medications which can avoid frequent headaches.

Is there any history of sinusitis. What were the findings of MRI of the brain.
First thing is that any underlying pathology has to be ruled out.
Are you taking adequate rest and sleep.
In the mean time you may take some pain killer like paracetamol. Ensure that you take adequate rest, sleep, mild exercise, nutritious diet. Do some deep breathing exercises and Yoga. Avoid tension.
You should consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment without undue delay.
