Hello. This could be a tension type headache or it could be due exposure to heat that has increased since few days. Please cover your head while travelling in sunlight and hydrate yourself adequately. You can take Tablet Dolo 500 for severe headache if at all. If it persists please consult us at our clinic.

As per details it suggesting the cause that is related to improper liquid intake ...like excess juice/ water/ buttermilk/ milkshake etc..check the cause once..

heat in low flame
apply warm paste
