Severe headache
Hello Doctor
I am currently 10 weeks pregnant, I have severe migraine and I am not able to manage past three days. My parents and husband warned me not to take any pain killers so I am trying my best to sleep and trying to forget the pain but these three days this headache is increasing more. Kindly suggest any tablets. I am in real pain.
